This agreement is valid for agreements made between BatchWork ApS (CVR. 40425780) on one side as the "Seller" and the customer purchasing products as the "Buyer." The customer can use credit cards (Dankort, Visa/Visa Electron/VPay, American Express, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB). You must be over 18 years old to purchase alcohol from our webshop. The item will be shipped within 10 days,
Prices
All prices on BatchWork.net include alcohol taxes but exclude VAT. All prices are subject to change on a daily basis. All prices are in DKK. Just before final confirmation of the order, the customer will see the total price for the items, and the customer will have the opportunity to correct any mistakes before finalizing the order.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer can cancel the purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item. The full amount, including shipping costs from the Seller to the Buyer, will also be refunded. However, the Buyer must pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please return the item safely packed with a copy of the invoice via Post Danmark.
Payment
An order is only binding once the Seller has sent the order confirmation. Payment via NETS is made through an encrypted SSL connection that can only be read by NETS. The Seller does not store any card information. The amount will be charged to the Buyer's account when the item is shipped from the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all entered contact information is correct. The money is debited when the item is shipped from the Seller.
Right to Complain and Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. This means that you can have a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is valid and that the defect did not arise due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
